2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024, lodged on 17.01.2024, under Sections 304B/201/34 of the of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against four named accused persons against whom the allegation is that the accused persons including the present petitioner consistently harassed and tortured the informant's sister for fulfilling the demand of dowry and not giving birth to a child.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean. she is in custody since 23.01.2024. Counsel submits that the petitioner is

Counsel further submits that the petitioner is living separately from the house of the deceased and she is in no way concerned with the alleged occurrence. Counsel submits that husband of the deceased is already in custody.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is Gotini of the deceased.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner, above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
