2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 342, 366A and 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa)P.S.Case No. 58 of 2022.

3. As per allegation, petitioners had connived in kidnapping of the daughter of the informant. The accused persons also demanded a ransom of Rs. 5,00,000/- for her

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that perusal of the impugned order itself shows that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC has named only coaccused Ramjinish Kumar and the name of the petitioner has not figured in the statement of the victim, as above.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1st Class Motihari, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa)P.S.Case No. 58 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
