Perused the impugned order dated 21.07.2016 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge-II, Danapur in Execution Case No.05 of 2011 whereby the learned court below has only observed that the amendment is required to be made in the original record and, therefore, directed the office to place the record on the next date with the original record.

In my opinion, therefore, no right of the parties has been decided by the impugned order. The court below has only directed to place the record with the original record as it is not available. Thus, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed. Harish/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U
