2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed and apart from that the lease period has also been expired.

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this application with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court if the State authority raises any demand pertaining to the lease in question.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
