2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No.222 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the B,N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the minor daughter of informant was kidnapped with intention to marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that there is no material against the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the victim in her statement has not made any allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35376 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 custody since 27.12.2024, having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State have opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari/ concerned Court in connection with Mehsi P.S.
