It would appear from perusal of the first information report that the alleged occurrence occurred due to partition dispute and moreover, it is stated that this petitioner gave spade blow on the shoulder of informant's nephew. The injury report of injured reveals that the injured sustained simple injury, said to be caused by hard and blunt substances. Moreover, it was co-accused, Navin, who gave fatal blow to the deceased. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
