2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offence alleged under Sections 498A, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No.856(C) of 2013.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the petitioner earlier moved for bail in Cr. Misc. No.23446 of 2014 for similar relief but he has withdrawn the anticipatory bail petition to enable him to surrender in the court below. The anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 19.8.2015.

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to consider the anticipatory bail petition afresh, which is dismissed.
