2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1738 of 2022, registered u/s 450, 307, 354B of the IPC and 3⁄4 of Dian Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned
