It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that village name of the petitioner was wrongly typed as Kharoon in place of Khanaon in Cr. Misc. no. 10611/2015 and on account of which village name of the petitioner was wrongly typed as Kharoon in the order dated 7.9.2015.

Petitioner is permitted to correct village name of the petitioner in original petition i.e. Cr. Misc. no. 10611/2015 and accordingly, in title cause in the order dated 7.9.2015, village name of the petitioner be read as Khanaon.

Accordingly, order dated 7.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 10611/2015 is modified to the above stated extent. Accordingly, this modification petition stands disposed of. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
