Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The name of the petitioners surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Akash Pandey. Similarly situated co-accused, Ashok Yadav has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.18554 of 2019.

Submission is that the petitioners were never put on Test Identification Parade, nor any incriminating article was

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Jhajha. Police Station Case No.295 of 2016, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
