The petitioner, while invoking the jurisdiction of this Court, has sought the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider his representation dated 24.04.2026 and upon due consideration to hand over the charge of Principal of Madrasa Anjuman Islamia (Madarsa No. 66), Motihari, East Champaran to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8750 of 2026 dt.14-07-2026 2/2 petitioner, being the senior-most teacher in the said institution.

3. Learned Advocates for the petitioner and the Madrasa Board apprised this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition the representation of the petitioner was duly considered by the Madrasa Board and reasoned and speaking order has been passed, which is appealabe in nature.

4. At this stage, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to assail the order as contained in Memo No. 1326 dated 10.06.2026 before the appellate authority.

5. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands closed with liberty aforesaid.
