This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bijaipur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2015 and the motorcycle, said to have been recovered from his possession belongs to his friend. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46046 of 2015 (2) dt.12-10-2015 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Bijaipur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015, if not required in any other case.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
