The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 76 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during investigation, some materials have come that this is a case under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and not under Section 304(B) of the IPC.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
