Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Excise Act. 35 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the motor cycle of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Divya Jaiswal, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Arrah in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015.
