2. The petitioner seeks bail in Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 18 of 2026 registered under sections 191(3), 191(2), 190, 352, 111, 61(2) of B.N.S and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation is that the petitioner along with other came to G.S Resort of the informant along with 50- 60 unknown persons and they threatened the persons there and attacked on the resort resulting in damage and they also looted Rs. 50,000/-. The petitioner is alleged to be part of that crowd and the dispute is of passage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2026.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering that the petitioner bears antecedents of five cases and is in custody only since 08.03.2026, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner after framing of charge.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya, in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 18 of 2026.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
