ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 15.5.2014.

The Parties agree that now the dispute has been resolved and the spouses are living together. In view of such, in their interest, in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr. P.C., further Proceedings of Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, is hereby set aside.

In the interest of the Parties, further Proceedings of Siwan (Town) P.S. Case No. 6 of 2014 instituted by the Petitioner is also hereby set aside.

Application stands allowed.
