2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8231 of 2022 by which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court and he was directed to surrender within four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner stays in Delhi for his livelihood and he was not aware about furnishing of bail bonds, he could not furnish the bail bonds in time.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed.

5. The time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below for furnishing the bail bonds vide order dated 14.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8231 of 2022, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

6. Accordingly, the order dated dated 14.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8231 of 2022 is modified to the above extent.
