The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 414 of 2017, for the offence under Section 498(A), 307, 379 and 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of the parties, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, Patna High Court Court, Patna for mediation and settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and OP. No.2, who are husband and wife, but mediation could not be

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 414 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
