However, the correct designation of the officers are District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Samastipur and Excise Superintendent, Samastipur. Accordingly, it is prayed that the direction issued in the order passed on 29.01.2018 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.1346 of 2018 be directed to be complied with by the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Samastipur and Excise Superintendent, Samastipur.
