The petitioner seeks bail in Purnea Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.01.2021. Vide order dated 25.08.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that case has been committed to the Court of Sessions Judge. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.01.2020. In para 3 of the petition, it is stated that petitioner is accused in two cases and in both cases he is on bail.

No.46318 of 2021(4) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Purnea Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2020.
