2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 434 of 2024 arising out of Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 524 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he his renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of delay in the trial as the petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2023 and the charge has been framed on 2nd of July, 2025.

4. In view of the aforesaid, this application is dismissed with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35083 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 Police, Muzaffarpur to ensure the attendance of the witnesses in the trial.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur through FAX for its compliance.

6. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
