JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, only two persons were caught on the spot but even then the officer-in charge of concerned police station registered the case under section 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. So far as section 25 (1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act is concerned, only three cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioenr, who does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 04.07.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
