This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Lalganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307,504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with sharp edged weapon and the injury sustained by the victim is grievous in injury.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
