Heard learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 21.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52478 of 2013 whereby petitioner Mahesh Kumar Mandal was allowed anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court in connection with Babubarhi Police Station Case No. 91 of 2012 with condition that both the bailors should be the family members of the petitioner and one of whom should be the own uncle of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that father as well as only uncle of the petitioner is already dead now. Hence, the cousins i.e. sons of the uncle be permitted to be bailor.

Prayer is allowed.

Four weeks time for execution of bail bond is extended from today.
