Permission granted with liberty as prayed for.

Equally, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law, if so required and desired.

We are passing such order considering the fact that contents of the present petition pertain to an application seeking bail and not writ petition (Public Interest Litigation), as is so orally canvassed before us.

Instant petition stands disposed of as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
