Let the defect(s), if any, as pointed out by the office, be removed within four weeks.

The case is registered under Sections 302/201/34 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 195 of 2022 arising out of Buxar Industrial P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016.

The matter is of 2016 and as per the informant, when he was going to attend the nature's call, he was informed that the dead body of an unknown woman is lying. There was crowd all around it. A look on the body would show that she was beaten to death. Accordingly, the FIR was lodged. Subsequently, in course of investigation the name of the petitioner as also the husband of the deceased came up.

Taking into account the fact, this Court for the present is not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail which is accordingly rejected.

As the matter is of 2016, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year.
