Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that while, investigation of this case was pending, the petitioner was arrested in connection with another case and stolen motorcycle of the present case was recovered from possession of petitioner and one, Rakesh Kumar and accordingly, petitioner has been remanded in this present case also. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
