JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.346 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of using sharp edged weapon and the injuries caused on both the injured persons are incised wound on the vital part of the body, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is accordingly dismissed.
