JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 This is an application for grant of regular bail in favour of the petitioners who are accused in connection with Kinjar PS Case No. 48 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Coded and Sections 3(1)(X) and 3(2)(V) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Despite the gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioners, in view of the fact that similarly circumstanced coaccused Pintu Yadav has been granted regular bail by an order dated 12.10.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 39446 of 2015, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47676 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Kinjar PSCase No.48 of 2015.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
