The petitioner seeks provisional bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is seeking provisional bail on account of illness of his wife having uterus problem and Doctor has suggested for some surgical treatment. In support of the same petitioner has annexed the prescriptions which have been marked as Annexures 3 and 4.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Rajesh Pasi, be released on provisional bail for two months on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49199 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Ist, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with S.T. No. 65 of 2014, arising out of Imadpur P.S. Case No.53 of 2013. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court after expiry of two months. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
