The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 427, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the specific allegation of causing injury on the head of the informant is against co-accused Subhash Yadav and not against the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Gamharia P.S.
