The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Basantpur P. S. Case No.09 of 2019 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation as also the statement made in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Basantpur P. S. Case No.09 of 2019, subject to the conditions as
