2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.06.2022 passed in S.Tr. No. 590/2022 arising out Chorout P.S. Case No. 59/2022 passed by learned J.M.1st Class, Pupri whereby he has taken cognizance of the offences u/s 304B and 201 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.
