JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali Jogsar P.S. Case No. 520 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, this petitioner kidnapped and killed the minor daughter of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Alleged occurrence took place on 06.09.2020, but the FIR was lodged on 12.09.2020 delay of six days without any plausible explanation. Nobody has seen the petitioner either with the informant or with her daughter. Petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2020 having

Learned APP however, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific and direction allegation of kidnapping and killing the minor daughter of informant and cloth of the daughter of informant was also found from possession of this petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
