The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 109 of 2022 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal

Allegation against the petitioners along with other coaccused persons is that they fired the bullet upon the informant's son, namely, Raman Kumar Sahani@ Aman Kumar with intention to kill him and consequently he succumbed to injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this present case. They have not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. They are languishing in judicial custody since 14.04.2022. Learned APP appearing for the state and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer of regular bail and submitted that all the petitioners are named in F.I.R.
the specific overt act of making shot fire is against these petitioners, due to which the deceased shot dead and postmortem reports also shows that three entry wounds of firearm bullet found on the body of the deceased and the cause of death was due to shock and hemorrhage as a result of above mentioned injuries caused by firearm weapon. During investigation, witnesses supported the prosecution case.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
