2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353, 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners pelted stones on the police personnel and damaged their vehicle.

4. Having considered the nature of the accusation and the long criminal history of these petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
