Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to approach the appropriate/statutory authority against selection of respondent No. 4 and non-selection of the petitioner for grant of licence to run a P.D.S. shop under the Bihar Targetted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

This application accordingly stands disposed of with

It is indicated that if any question of limitation arises before the appropriate/ statutory authority, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make an application seeking condonation of delay. The said application shall be considered liberally keeping in mind the fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court by making this application and the main application shall be decided on merits.
