2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons killed the sister of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased was suffering from diarrhea and vomiting and died during the course of treatment. Petitioner has been made accused in the present case only because he is husband of the deceased.

5. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36441 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 prayer for bail and submits that the deceased died unnaturally within three years of her marriage. Petitioner is husband of the deceased and there is direct and specific allegation of torture and harassment against him due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
