The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Janta Bazar P.S. Case No.70 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner was a member of the mob. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

No.46474 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No.70 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
