JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 199 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/20 (B) (ii) (B) of the NDPS Act. Considering the nature of allegation under the NDPS Act and the name of the petitioner being mentioned by the coaccused involved in drug and Ganja, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
