JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 29-03-2022 The petitioner has grievance against the construction of Anganbari Centre infront of his plot as described in paragraph 1 of the writ petition on the ground that the land over which the said Anganbari Centre is going to be established, is recorded in Khatiyan as Gairmazarua Aam Rasta.
In our view, the petitioner should have approached the authorities under Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14339 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 redressal of his grievances instead of coming directly to this Court invoking writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
This writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to invoke the provision under the Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act, or any other remedy as may be available to him.
