2. The S.H.O., Kartaha Police Station as well as the I.O. of this case have personally appeared. They have informed this Court that four witnesses out of eight witnesses have been examined and the rest of the witnesses shall be examined on the date fixed.

3. Considering the aforesaid and in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of X vs State of Rajasthan and Anr 2024 SCC Online SC 3539, this application is dismissed.
