Petitioner happens to be a contractor who arranged labourers including the deceased for cleaning petrol tank at petrol pump but unfortunately, one labour died while he was cleaning the aforesaid petrol pump.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Laheri P.S.
