JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the order dated 9.3.2018 as also the other orders, passed by the Circle Officer, Ariyari, District-Aurangabad in connection with Encroachment Case No. 3/2017-18 by filing appropriate Appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that for a period of four weeks from today, status quo, existing as on today qua the land/house of the petitioners, shall be
