JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 685 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and also the fact that the petitioners are named in the FIR with specific allegation that he along with others killed the sister of the informant, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2166 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2 / 2 Accordingly, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
