JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment over the public land situated in village Labedahan, P.S. Ramgarh, District Kaimur.

Having regard to the nature of prayer made by the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Ramgarh, Kaimur by filing an appropriate petition and if the Circle Officer deems it fit and proper, he shall take action under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.
