For issuance of an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing part of order relating petitioner, Application ID-SSK/0104461, memo No.1884 dated 09.07.2021 (Annexure-13) passed by the Director, Jay Singh, Land Reforms and Measurement, Land Records and Measurement Directorate, Revenue and Land Records Department, Government of Bihar, Patna

Patna High Court CWJC No.14340 of 2021(2) dt.13-12-2023 2/2 whereby and whereunder representation petitioner in pursuance of order/ direction passed by Hon'ble High Court, Patna in CWJC No.5187/2020 dated 10.02.2021 has been rejected, which relates to appointment/ selection of petitioner on the post of Special Survey Kanoongo (Contractual Appointment) under Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar in pursuance of Advertisement No.4/2019.

(ii). For further issuance of an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to appoint/select the petitioner on the post of Special Survey Kanoongo (Contractual Appointment) and Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna in pursuance of Advertisement No.4/2019, under EBC reservation category."

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
