There is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner and the trial of the petitioner is going on in full swing and, therefore, I do not think it proper to release the petitioner on bail, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil( Singhaul) P.S.Case No. 329 of 2014, pending in the court of 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Begusarai stands rejected.
