The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 26-02-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2035 of 2020. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to COVID-19 Lockdown, the petitioners could not surrender before the court below within the time fixed by this Court, vide order dated 26-02-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2035 of 2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7478 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, the modification petition is allowed. Petitioners are granted further six weeks time to surrender before the court below, in view of the aforesaid order.
