1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this application.

2. The present writ application has been filed for direction to the respondents-authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Lecturer in the subject of Journalism and Mass Commission (Hindi Department), Bhagalpur under discretionary quota of His Excellency, Hon'ble President of India.

3. Learned counsel for the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University submits the University is not aware about any discretionary quota of Hon'ble President of India and the present writ application has been filed in abuse of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12311 of 2019(4) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 process of this Court and the same is fit to be dismissed with cost.

4. Since nobody is appearing for the petitioner, this Court is not imposing any cost. The prayer in the writ application appears to be frivolous and vexatious.
